Biography
Frankie leads KPMG's Indirect Tax Services Group in Belfast. He has over 20 years experience of providing UK VAT advice to clients across many sectors, and has particular experience advising on property matters, financial services, cross- border supplies, group restructuring and acquisitions. Frankie also has an in-depth VAT knowledge relating to the aviation sectors and he advises numerous clients in this area on VAT and related customs issues. Frankie is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation in the UK.
