Mark leads KPMG's Transaction Services team and has international experience of a large number of transactions, including buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements. Mark also has significant experience in Ireland working with a wide range of clients on major transactions, including IPOs, leveraged buyouts, private equity, vendor due diligence and vendor assist projects.
