Biography
Olivia leads KPMG's M&A and Infrastructure tax practices advising on diligence and transactions. This includes tax structuring work, model development, deal documentation, post deal restructuring and optimisation of international holding and financing structures. A Past President of the Irish Tax Institute and a Fellow of both the Irish Tax Institute and Chartered Accountants Ireland, Olivia also advises on global mobility, reward strategies, pensions and share-based incentive arrangements.
