Biography

 Phillip is a resident partner in our tax practice in Belfast and has considerable experience in advising clients on all aspects of UK corporation tax compliance and transaction advice. His client base includes multinational groups in various sectors with business interests in Northern Ireland and the rest of the UK across a range of industry sectors. He has been involved in a wide range of corporate transaction work including acquisitions and disposals, group reorganisations and financing of UK businesses.
