Biography
Ryan is a member of KPMG’s Private Enterprise team and leads our Power & Utilities practice. He has over 20 years of experience providing audit, assurance and advisory services to Irish and international clients. He has considerable experience dealing with International Financial Reporting Standards — advising companies on the impact of IFRS on financial reporting. Ryan has worked on a significant number of transaction services assignments, involving both listed and private companies.
