Biography
Stuart is a Partner in the Restructuring and Forensic team and has undertaken a wide range of corporate recovery, business rescue, investigative and insolvency assignments in all sectors. He is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner and has taken formal appointments in all types of insolvency cases in Northern Ireland and Great Britain. Stuart has been involved in pre insolvency assignments including business wind downs on a solvent and insolvent basis, independent business and strategy reviews, asset and business disposals both pre and post insolvency.
