Biography
Kim Laukaitis Roche is a native of Lancaster County, having attended elementary school at OMPH and graduated from LCHS in 1979. She holds a BS from Moravian College (1983) and a MS from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (1994). Kim has worked in the Advancement field since 1999, starting at OMPH in a part time role, then spending 7 years at LCHS as an Assistant Director of Advancement for 5 years, then Director of Athletic Advancement for 2 years. Since 2008, Kim has been a member of the College Advancement team at Franklin & Marshall College.
