Biography
Brenda has more than 14 years of experience in the health insurance industry having joined BUPA Ireland in 2000. Brenda was appointed Head of Claims and Provider Relations in 2010 and during this time successfully led the development of the strong focus on claims cost containment and clinical appropriateness for members of laya healthcare. Following the management led buyout and launch of laya healthcare in May 2012, Brenda was appointed Director of Operations with responsibility for overseeing all the Operations functions within laya healthcare.
