Biography
D.O. joined the company in 1996 as part of the initial set up of BUPA Ireland. In 2007, D.O. took over as Head of Claims and Deputy General Manager and restructured the claims function. In 2008, he moved to Head of Business Development with responsibility for Sales, Marketing and Product Development. Following the management led buyout and launch of laya healthcare in May 2012, D.O. was appointed Deputy Managing Director and Director of Business Development.
