Michael-Bryant Hicks is general counsel at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. He has executive responsibility for all legal functions, including litigation, intellectual property, environmental, regulatory, mergers and acquisitions, and other general legal activities. Mr. Hicks is a member of Mallinckrodt’s executive committee.
