Biography
My research interests lie mostly in the development and application of statistical models to non-standard situations in ecology, agronomy and global change studies. I am currently working on the development of modelling tools to describe aspects of the biodiversity and ecosystem function relationship. I am particularly interested in species rich systems, multifunctionality and the changing dynamics of species in grassland, bacterial or other ecosystem types. In the past I have also worked in areas such as reproductive allometry in plants, competition among allergenic plant species and nitrate leaching on farms.
