Biography
Simon Broome obtained his DPhil in Economics in 1996 from the University of York. Before joining the department of Economics, Accounting and Finance at Maynooth in 200, he was a lecturer at the University of St Andrews (1995 - 1996) and at the University of Aberystwyth (1996 - 2000). His main research interests are in dynamic macroeconomic theory and political economy. From 2013 - 2015 he served on the board of the Economic and Social Review.
