Biography
Mike Genau is Senior Vice President and President of Medtronic's Americas Region and serves as a member of the Executive Committee. Mike is responsible for Medtronic's Commercial Operations across the region. Within the Americas, Mike leads the execution of Medtronic's value-based healthcare strategy, including the development of new healthcare services, business partnerships and joint ventures that support current market transitions to more affordable and accessible healthcare models. In this role, he establishes and manages key executive relationships with various stakeholders throughout the healthcare industry; developing innovative ways to leverage Medtronic's full portfolio of products, services, and business programs. In addition, he represents Medtronic to federal, state and other government agencies on policy issues affecting the company and industry.
