Biography
Joanne’s journey with Mercury began in 2007 as she joined as a HR Generalist. Joanne’s influence was imminent as she was heavily involved from the start in programmes like the Graduate, Apprentice and Leadership programmes. Joanne’s role consisted of labour forecasting and scheduling of labour predictions – Manage Project Cycles from Project start up to completion, ensuring all labour requirements are met in an efficient and timely manner. Joanne’s progression within Mercury hasn’t gone unnoticed internal or external of the company. Having been recently promoted to Group HR Manager, Joanne was shortlisted to the Top Three nominates for HR
