    Since joining Moy Park over fifteen years ago, I've worked my way up from the shop floor. I'm now a Business Unit Leader, so I lead the team to produce the highest quality products for our customers. At the same time, I make sure everyone works together to increase efficiency, which improves our profitability. The management at Moy Park are really supportive and encouraging. Whatever your background, you'll have lots of opportunities to develop your career through sheer hard work and commitment.
