Since joining Moy Park over fifteen years ago, I've worked my way up from the shop floor. I'm now a Business Unit Leader, so I lead the team to produce the highest quality products for our customers. At the same time, I make sure everyone works together to increase efficiency, which improves our profitability. The management at Moy Park are really supportive and encouraging.
