Research Interest
Proteomic and phosphoproteomic profiling of recombinant mammalian cell lines (Chinese hamster ovary) in order to gain insights to improving productivity of biopharmaceuticals. Proteomic analysis of uveal melanoma from both tissue and vitreous fluid for biomarker discovery. This project is in collaboration with Prof. Susan Kennedy, Royal Victoria Eye and Ear Hospital, Dublin.
