Sinéad Murnane

Biography

Sinéad Murnane is a Research Fellow at the Innovation Value Institute and an Associate Lecturer in Innovation Management and Critical Writing Skills at Maynooth University School of Business. Sinéad is a Fulbright Scholar, having received the Fulbright-CRH Award in Business Studies 2010-11, and an additional grant from the John F Kennedy Memorial Scholarship Fund. She is currently the Vice-President of the Irish Fulbright Alumni Association. Prior to joining the IVI in May 2011, she was a Visiting Research Fellow at the Institute for Healthcare Delivery Research, Intermountain Healthcare in Salt Lake City, Utah. Previously, Sinéad lectured in Management Information Systems at the UCD Quinn School of Business and has seven years’ experience as an IS Project Manager, group leader, and trainer. Her research is concerned with exploring collaboration and knowledge sharing in multi-disciplinary and knowledge-intensive environments. Sinéad has presented her research internationally and been an invited speaker at the Irish Computer Society, Healthcare Informatics Society of Ireland, and UCD School of Health Sciences.
