Biography

 Nathalie SUBTIL-GEERAERTS holds a PhD in Management Sciences from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers de Paris. Her doctoral thesis was titled “l’Usage Privilégié de la Représentation Chiffrée comme Facteur de Dérespnsabilisation du Manager”. She specialises in the field of Accounting and Corporate Finance. She started working in the business world at the auditing firm, Arthur Andersen. Professor at NEOMA Business School, she set up lasting partnerships with many companies in the auditing sector (KPMG, EY, PWC, Deloitte, Mazars) particularly as part of the Grande Ecole Programme (Master in Management), through setting up conferences and creating courses such as the Business Outlook “A la Rencontre de l’Audit.” At the same time as her work at NEOMA Business School, Nathalie SUBTIL-GEERAERTS manages a small family business.
