Global Head of Sales & Marketing
Richard joined Norbrook in 2015. He was previously with Novartis Animal Health where he had been Global Head of Marketing. Richard has more than 30 years local and global sales, marketing and general management experience. He held a variety of local sales and marketing management positions in J&J (Janssen) between 1984 to 2001, primarily in the animal health sector, then led Global Marketing for the Pharmacia Animal Health Companion Animal & Ruminants businesses (2001-2003) followed by heading up Global Marketing for Companion Animal Parasiticides for Novartis Animal Health in 2004. He then held a number of Global Marketing Category Head roles for Novartis, before becoming Head of Global Marketing. In 2009, Richard became Operating Unit Head (NW Europe) for Novartis OTC Division. He was appointed Global Head of Marketing at Novartis Animal Health in 2011.
