Biography
Alison Forrestal completed her undergraduate studies at St. Patrick's College, Maynooth, and Maynooth University, before completing an MA (research) in History at Maynooth University, and a PhD in History at the University of Manchester. She held lectureships at the University of Warwick and Durham University before taking up her position at NUIG in 2006.

Research interest includes literature, Humanities and Social Studies.
