Kevin Davison

Biography

Formally Lecturer with the Faculty of Education at Mount Saint Vincent University, in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, for seven years, and Senior Lecturer at the School of Education at The Australian Catholic University in Melbourne, for two years, Kevin G. Davison is a Lecturer in Education with the School of Education, at NUI Galway. He contributes to the MEd programme as well as the BA and PME initial teacher education programmes in the following areas: sociology of education; gender and education; boys, masculinities, and academic underachievement; science outreach; and qualitative research methodologies.

Kevin Davison currently researches and publishes in the areas of: gender and education; masculinities, bodies, boys and literacies, science outreach.
