Biography
Dr. Lisa Pursell BSc PhD is a lecturer in Health Promotion and assistant coordinator of the MA/PGDip in Health Promotion Programme in the Discipline of Health Promotion, School of Health Sciences, National University of Ireland, Galway since 2008. She has previously worked as a senior researcher in the Health Promotion Research Centre, NUIG, as a post-doctoral researcher in the Department of Microbiology, NUIG and as a data manager at the Veterinary Laboratories Agency in the UK. She completed a primary degree in Biology at the University of Derby and a PhD in Microbiology at NUIG.
