John T. Hendrickson, 54, has served as Chief Executive Officer of Perrigo since April 2016 and has been a director of Perrigo since June 2016. He previously served as President from October 2015 until April 2016, Executive Vice President, Global Operations and Supply Chain from March 2007 until October 2015, and Executive Vice President and General Manger, Perrigo Consumer Healthcare from January 2003 to March 2007. Mr. Hendrickson joined Perrigo in 1989 and has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility, from operations to supply chain to sales. John T.
