Biography
Mr. Collier also served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Elan Corporation, plc. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Rhone-Poulenc Rorer Inc., Pharmacia & Upjohn Company, and Pharmacia Corporation. Mr. Collier also practiced law at two leading Philadelphia-based law firms and served with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C. and the U.S. Department of Justice in Philadelphia. Mr. Collier earned both his B.A. and his J.D. from Temple University. He has served on our Board since 2012.
