Biography
Karl Guenault, senior vice president and chief information officer for QuintilesIMS, is responsible for the company’s cloud services, end-user support, enterprise systems, IT architecture and information security activities. Previously, Karl served as chief information officer and vice president, Operations at IMS Health. Prior to joining the company in May 2015, he held a variety of technology and general management leadership roles during a two-decade career at Cegedim, most recently responsible for the global IT department and operational effectiveness activities. While at Cegedim, Karl led global support functions, including application engineering and Human Resources. He also served as general manager, CRM France, and as senior vice president of the global CRM business unit. Karl started his career as a consultant at Arthur Andersen LLP.
