Biography
John took on the role of Customer Service Representative at ReAgent, which is a position that has never previously been filled at ReAgent. Before joining ReAgent in 2014, John worked at a large mobile phone company for 9 years as a Sales Advisor and then Store Manager. With an NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service, John fits in to the job of being a point of contact for customers who have any questions or issues. Filling a new company position, John’s main duties are still evolving, but he currently books customer visits for the Sales Director and Sales Manager, ensures that queries are passed to the relevant department and contacts existing customers to maintain relations with them
