Biography
Dr Bell has published four text books and written numerous academic articles on Psychological Trauma and Psychological Medicines. Dr Bell currently works as a General Adult Psychiatrist in Belfast. He is a Medical Advisor to the Heath & Social Care Board, a Clinical Director for the Belfast Trust and also works for the GMC as an accredited expert. He is a Medical Member of the Mental Health Review Tribunal and provides second opinions for the Regulatory & Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA). He was previously a lecturer at Queen’s University, Belfast for ten years Dr Bell was a Medical Director in Belfast and has appeared on television on a number of occasions. He has expertise in Psychological Trauma, Child Protection, Pharmacology and General adult Psychiatry. Dr Bell is approved by Bupa, Axa and Aviva.
