Biography
Tony D’Amore is Vice President, Product Research & Development of Sanofi Pasteur, the vaccines division of the multinational pharmaceutical company Sanofi. Tony’s primary responsibilities are to lead a global group of 450 staff in Toronto and France and oversee process development and analytical testing of clinical trial material to support clinical trials. He is a member of the Society of Industrial Microbiology, with whom he was awarded recognition for 25 years of membership. He is also a board member of PREVENT. Tony has a Doctorate of Philosophy in Chemistry with a discipline in Biochemistry , an MBA in Business Administration. In becoming a successful business professional, Tony believes being adaptable to changing environments is key . He believes it is important to remain open to all opportunities and take risks in order to achieve goals. To give back to his community, Tony enjoys contributing to the United Way, Canadian Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation, and Wellness Center through United Way.
