Biography
Pete serves as Managing Director for Grafton in Northern Ireland and is also responsible for running Grafton offices in the Republic of Ireland. He has over 15 years’ senior HR experience in providing people solutions to support business strategy. He is also experienced in managing the company’s HR business partnering; HR centre of excellence and HR shared service teams. Pete previously held HR roles with Carphone Warehouse, Best Buy Europe and PaddyPower.
