Biography
Tony Horan has held the position as Group Managing Director of O’Connor Sutton Cronin (OCSC) for the past eight years. Headquartered in Ireland, and operating since 1989, OCSC is a multidisciplinary consulting engineering practice. Tony joined the organisation in 1999, became a Director in 2002 and took over as Group Managing Director in 2009.
