2007- Lecturer in Neuroscience, Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. 1999-2006 Group Leader at the Institute of Physiology, University of Bern, Switzerland. 1997-1999 Postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of Neuroinformatics, ETH and University of Zurich. 1994-1997 Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Neurology and Neurological Sciences, Stanford University School of Medicine. 1994: PhD in Natural Sciences (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich).
