Biography
Liam Maguire, Executive Dean in Dean's Office (Comp, Eng & Be) at Ulster University
Research Interest
Computer Science Research, His research interests focus on data analytics and machine learning with particular focus on bio-inspired approaches. Author of over 250 research papers, Liam has secured extensive research funding and supervised 18 PhD and three MPhil students to completion. In addition to editing special issues of journals and organising conferences, Liam regularly delivers keynote talks at international conferences. His research enables him to collaborate with staff from every faculty in the University either through funded projects or joint research staff/student supervision.
