Biography
Aoife is a Programme Administrator in the Department of Food Business & Development, Cork University Business School (CUBS). She is responsible for the administration of a suite of executive education programmes in the area of Supply Chain Management (SCM). She has worked in UCC since 2005. Aoife is currently on maternity leave.
