Biography
Dr. Ivan Perry was appointed as Professor of Public Health in the newly established Department of Epidemiology & Public Health in 1997 and over the past 16 years he has led the development of a flourishing, multi-disciplinary Department of Epidemiology & Public Health with a 4–year undergraduate BSc in Public Health, Masters Programmes in Public Health (MPH) and Occupational Health (MSc) and doctoral students in CVD and suicide epidemiology, health services research and applied public health research. He has supervised over 15 MD’s and PhD’s (with 6 PhD students currently under supervision) and over 40 Masters dissertations
