Biography
Jean lectures in the areas of Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, & Human Resource Development with the Department of Personnel and Employment Relations at the Kemmy Business School. She is also a Global Research Associate with the Sloan Center on Aging and Work at Boston College, and a former Fulbright Scholar at Colorado State University (2012-2013), specialising in industrial and organisational psychology. Jean is co-director of the Age in the Workplace Research Network (AWR-net), which is an international, interdisciplinary network of researchers concerned with advancing knowledge on age-related issues at work. Her other research interests include the social psychology of prejudice, SHRM and adult learning and education. Jean has extensive experience in teaching at undergraduate, postgraduate and post-experience levels, as well as working with community-based and youthreach education and training programmes.
