Biography
I graduated from the Limerick School of Nursing in 1996 and I have a clinical background in perioperative nursing. I joined the Allocations Team at the Department of Nursing & Midwifery, University of Limerick in 2006. My role there involves the planning and management of clinical placement allocations for our undergraduate BSc Nursing & Midwifery programmes. My research interests lie within the perioperative setting where I have a particular interest in patient safety and the attitudes of nurses towards non-technical skills.
