He has a B.Eng. (Hons), Master Industrial Eng. (1st Hons), spent 7 years working with major OEMs in Ireland and has 4 years’ experience with the Irish Trade Board. He was a founding partner and major shareholder in Excal AB from 2000 until 2011. Mike headed a group of investors who bought Artema Medical AB in Stockholm, the global leaders in the development, supply and marketing of medical breathing gas analysers and related accessories.He is on the board of a number of other companies and in 2010 co-founded Irrus Investments, the first angel investment syndicate in Ireland.
