Biography
Eleanor is a lecturer in the School of Science and Computing. She lectures in the area of Food Science, Food Safety and Quality Management. Eleanor has worked as a Quality Assurance Manager in the animal nutrition and beef processing sector for a number of years. She has experience in working on implementation of Quality Assurance Schemes, Auditing and dealing with food safety incidents. She worked in conjunction with Bord Bia and Department of Agricultutre in the introduction of the various food assurance schemes in the early 90`s.
