Biography
Frank received his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Trinity College, Dublin in 1994, a Masters of Science (Physics) degree from Queens University, Belfast in 1996, and a Ph.D. degree from WIT in 2013 in protocols for molecular communication. He is currently a Lecturer at Waterford Institute of Technology, delivering modules in the area of programming, distributed systems, model-based development, and biometrics . Previously he was a researcher with the Telecommunications Software and Systems Group where he worked on a number of European Commission funded projects.
Research Interest
His interests include programming, automotive software systems, biometrics, machine learning, and the Internet of Things.
