Biography
As the EU Programme Research Manager for RIKON, Jamie’s role intersects both the applied and academic wings of the Group in terms of consulting, academic and applied research portfolios. The diverse nature of his role enables him to interact with academic, industry and policy stakeholders in pursuit of the development and application of applied service innovation knowledge solutions. Jamie leads the development of RIKON’s national and European project, collaboration and research funding activities in addition to coordinating the Group’s knowledge transfer, publication and dissemination agendas. He represents RIKON as a work package leader in recently commenced FP7-ICT-2013-10 Coordination and Support Action ‘IPaCSO’ Innovation Framework for Privacy and Cyber Security Market Opportunities.

Service innovation policy and practice; national and EU service innovation project development; consumer, business and market research; HRM research; and qualitative (NVIVO) and quantitative (SPSS) data analysis.
