Biography
Joan McDonald is Currently Head of Department of Management and Organisation she is responsible for the academic leadership and management of the department. She also contribute to the running of the School of Business and wider Institute. The department of Management and Organisation has 37 lecturing staff, 3 post- doctoral staff and 650 students, comprising undergraduate, master and doctoral students.
