Biography

Currently Director of Placement for the Business School and Lecturer. He is a lecturer in the areas of Marketing, Management and Human Resources. The main marketing subject areas he lecture in are, Sales and Sales Management, Business to Business Marketing and Aviation Marketing. His main focus in Human Resources are, Training and Development and Corporate Social Responsibility. He focus on behavioural change and self-awareness for prospective managers in management modules by looking at areas like change management, conflict resolution, cultural awareness and leadership style
