Biography
Dr Michael Harrison is Head of Department of Sport and Exercise Science. He has also served as Head of School of Science and Computing from 2015-2017. Prior to entering management, he was the Exercise and Health Studies programme leader. He has worked at WIT since 1999. He graduated from Dublin City University with a PhD, Loughborough University with an MSc in Sports Science and the University of Ulster with a BA (Hons) in Sport and Leisure Studies and PostGraduate Certificate in Education.. He is a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine
