Biography
Michael Tobin is a lecturer in the Department of Applied Arts. He graduated with a BA in Applied Social Studies in Social Care from Waterford Institute of Technology in 2008. In 2010 he recieved his MA in Social Studies from Waterford Institute of Technology.
