Biography
Patrick Mates started his career with 3M (IRL) Ltd as an order editor at the age of 19. Then was asked to join the customer service team one year later. From there he was asked to Join the salesforce and having won the salesperson of the year award the following year he was subsequently headhunted by Coloplast Ltd. I Spent 22 years with Coloplast Ltd starting as a sales representative and worked through various promotions from there to become a director of the UK company. Positions held included Sales Manager Ireland, Sales and Marketing Manager Ireland, Sales and Marketing Manager Ireland (including Northern Ireland). Sales and Marketing Director Ireland and finally Director of the UK Company.
