Biography
Stephen is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Health, Sport and Exercise Science in WIT. He currently works at a Performance Director and Coach with Aqua Blue Sport, Ireland's first Professional Cycling Team and is also Nutritionist with the Waterford Senior Hurling Team.
