Biography
Barry is the founder of Winthrop and majority shareholder in the company. He qualified with an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering in the prestigious University College Dublin in 1988. He has worked in the building services industry for 27 years both nationally and internationally, including projects in London, Spain and Singapore, directly managing and delivering projects with values of up to $500 million in services.Since the commencement of Winthrop, Barry has been involved in all aspects of the business and has been instrumental in delivering projects in all sectors of the construction industry throughout Ireland, UK and Europe and the Middle East.
