Biography
ICL COO since 2016 Mr. Charles M. Weidhas has been serving as ICL COO since May 2016. Mr. Weidhas joined ICL in 2007 and served in various senior leadership positions including President & CEO of ICL Industrial Products and President & CEO of ICL Performance Products. Prior to joining ICL, Mr. Weidhas held various commercial, operational and general management roles with Monsanto and Solutia Inc. Mr. Weidhas holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
