Biography
Senior Vice President, ICL Global General Counsel since 2009 Ms. Lisa Haimovitz, Adv., has been serving as Senior Vice President, ICL Global General Counsel and Company Secretary since May 2009. Prior to joining ICL, Ms. Haimovitz served as Vice President – Strategy for the Delek Group, and held a number of positions at Israel’s Securities Authority, culminating in her role as Senior Advisor to the Authority’s Chairman and head of its Department of International Affairs. Ms. Haimovitz holds a L.L.B. degree in Law and an M.B.A. from the Tel-Aviv University. She is admitted to the Israel Bar.
