Biography
Omar Hamarsheh was graduated on December 2007 from Institute of Biology, Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany with a PhD in Molecular Biology. Msc. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Al-Quds University, Jerusalem, Palestine. Former DAAD fellowship holder and DGP and ASP member.
Research Interest
Microsatellite markers development for sand flies, Molecular diagnosis of leishmaniasis, Population structure analysis of sand flies, Analysis of mitochondrial DNA and estimating evolutionary processes associated with emergence of different sand fly species.
